All payments are due upon receipt of order.

All items are made to order. I don't keep inventory of any items. This means I have a 1-2 week turn around time on most items. 

I do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me and I will try to find a resolution that works for both of us.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please send pictures of the item and/or box showing damages and I will work with you to replace or refund item.
